A Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) was submitted to Glasgow City Council 31 July 2024 outlining the intention to redevelop the Site bound by Minerva Street, West Greenhill Place and Finnieston Street Glasgow.

Demolition of existing car showroom and workshops and erection of mixed-use development including residential dwellings and purpose-built student accommodation, commercial uses (to include Class 1A, Class 3, Class 4 and Class 10), public and private open space, public realm, landscaping and associated works.

Two in-person consultation events will be held to provide information on emerging proposals for the site and collect feedback from the public on the proposed development.


The events will be held at Moxy Glasgow SEC, Finnieston Street Glasgow between 1pm and 7pm:

  • Thursday 5 September

  • Thursday 26 September

Members of the project team will be available to discuss the proposals and answer any queries.

More information on the proposal and how to provide feedback will be provided on this website before the first consultation event.
